About Us

Stuart and Nonie Lay - We are retired military – Air Force. We each spent 20+ years serving our country. This time gave us a lot of experience in providing outstanding service to demanding clients with very busy schedules. While stationed at the American Embassy in Moscow, Russia, we provisioned and supported all U.S. military aircraft arriving in Russia -- including Air Force One (President Clinton’s airplane), the Vice-President (Air Force Two), several cabinet secretaries, and numerous Congressmen and senior military officers. We bring this same level of professional service, attention to detail, and integrity to Hot Springs.

Our service also taught us about moving. Together, we’ve moved 37 times. We bring this experience along with all the tips and tricks we learned to our clients. We also bring the strength of our membership in the National Association of Senior Move Managers (NASMM), with its referral network of nearly 600 senior move managers throughout North America.

Stuart and I founded OPS in 2006. Since then we’ve moved over 200 Hot Springs, Hot Springs Village, Garland County and Arkansas residents to new homes. Every person and every move is different, and we love getting to know our clients. Throughout the website, you’ll see how we spend time listening. We love the stories that make things special and recall cherished memories. To us, these are the things that make a house or apartment a home.
