At the start we come to your home, free of charge, so you can meet us and learn about our services. We listen to you so that we can learn what’s important to you and your lifestyle. We’ll bring a floor plan, drawn to scale, of your new residence. We’ll sit down together and help you create the perfect new home.

For many people, the love and support of their children and extended family are a huge part of this process. We welcome and work with them to hear all their concerns and needs, and help to make the process less stressful for everybody.

We'll take care of the details

We’ll take care of changing your address and moving your telephone, internet, TV, and newspapers. Don’t worry about long wait times on hold or confusing phone trees.

We’ll share tips that help you get organized, reduce clutter, and manage your senior move.

We’ll help you find the right home for the things that you are not going to keep. We can make arrangements to ship cherished possessions to loved ones throughout the U.S. We can also help you sell or donate furniture and other items.

We'll make sure everything is packed safely

And when it’s time to pack, our professionals take care of everything going to your new home. We pack everything with care, including your fine china and breakables – we’re insured and our workers bonded. We disconnect and pack your TV, computer and other electronics. And the boxes and packing materials can be included.

On move day, we’re there with you to guide the mover and make sure everything is put in its place.

Everything will be unpacked, the bed made and the TV working!

Then we unpack you completely. Everything will come out of boxes and be placed with care. Your kitchen will be set up, your bathroom will be organized. We reconnect your TV, stereo, and computer. Your bed will be made, clocks set, and pictures hung, all with you in mind. At the end we’ll take away all the boxes and packing materials. Your new residence will be a home, not a place full of “stuff to do”.

And all this can happen quickly. If you’re moving to one of the independent or assisted living communities in Hot Springs or Hot Springs Village, we can pack, move, and set up your new home in 3 days. And often much faster!
