Ouachita Provisioning Services is committed to respecting your privacy and making sure you feel comfortable and secure about your shopping experience. Following are answers to commonly asked questions:

 

What information does Ouachita Provisioning Services gather?
We gather only the information that you provide to us and we use the information to help us improve your grocery-shopping experience. When you shop with us, we collect and store personal information including your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, and/or credit card information. We also store information related to your store preferences, grocery preferences, previous grocery lists, and any customer service notes taken by your delivery driver. We store information whenever you participate in a survey or promotion or contact Customer Service. We use the information you provide to improve our service to you.

Does Ouachita Provisioning Services share personal information?
We do not share your personal information with any other business or company. We do not provide lists of our customers, mailing addresses, email addresses or any type of personally identifiable information to any other business or company.
We may disclose your personal information if the law requires us to do so. Also, if we have reason to believe that you or Ouachita Provisioning Services are being harmed, we may share your information — without contacting you for permission — to protect against damage. (One example of this damage would be identity fraud.)

How secure is my personal information?
Access to personal information is allowed for business purposes only. People who have access to personal information, including team members of Ouachita Provisioning Services and non-employees performing business functions for Ouachita Provisioning Services, are under an obligation to safeguard such information. Ouachita Provisioning Services maintains physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to guard your personal information.

What about my credit card information?
Please do not send your credit card number or other financial information to us via e-mail or fax. We do not currently have the capability to securely encrypt, receive or store this information in this manner. Please call a Ouachita Provisioning Services Representative at (501) 545-3556 to conduct the financial portion of your transaction

What about my e-mail address?
When you provide your e-mail address, we keep it on file so we can communicate information of vital importance: policy changes, special holiday delivery schedules, etc. We also use e-mail to send you news updates, notices about special offers and promotions. If you would prefer not to receive e-mail from Ouachita Provisioning Services, let us know.

What happens when I send you feedback?
We appreciate your comments regarding your Ouachita Provisioning Services shopping experience and the OPS website. Please know that when you send us feedback, suggestions or any communications, we may publish and/or distribute this information at a future time. For example, we may share your comments with our team members or publish them in customer-information materials.
